What's in the box?
Our Roller Blinds are carefully packed with fitting instructions, fixtures and fittings.
Since there are so many different types of screws and plugs required for various types of surfaces, we don't provide screws and plugs with this product.

Fixings & Controls The blinds can be easily fitted to a window using multi-directional brackets that can be attached to the window, wall, side of the window recess, or fixed into the top of the window recess. All necessary fittings and brackets are included, except for wall plugs and screws.
Cloth Size Please note, we will not manufacture your blind to the cloth width, but based on the complete item, including mechanisms and brackets. This means the actual cloth width will be 3cm-4cm narrower than the width ordered.
Length of your roller blind Our roller blinds are custom-made to your desired width, but may be supplied with a longer drop than ordered. We leave extra fabric on the tube so you can extend the drop if necessary without affecting operation.
Manufacturing Tolerance & Weight Our made-to-measure blinds are made within a 5mm tolerance on both the width and drop of the blind. If you have a window that is wider than 275cm, we would recommend ordering multiple smaller blinds instead. If you have a window that is wider than 220cm and drop is over 200cm, the blinds will require a join in the fabric. If you installing the blinds next to each other, please let us know so we can make sure the join is perfectly aligned.
Recess Depths All of our roller blinds come with universal brackets that will fit most fixing options, including top and face fixing. If you want to top fix your roller blinds up to 260 cm wide, make sure the recess depth is at least 5 cm. For face fixing, the recess need to be 6.5 cm. If you want to install a roller blind wider than 260 cm, you'll need to account for a depth of 8.5 cm when top fixing, or 8 cm when using face fixing.
Made to Measure Blinds/Curtains Our 'Made-to-Measure' products are specially designed to your exact specifications, and cannot be returned under our normal policies.
Child Safe All of our blinds are sold with built-in child safety mechanisms. We adhere to the guidelines set out by the British Blind and Shutter Association and take safety extremely seriously. All blinds come with the relevant child safety instructions and warnings. Please ensure you follow the provided instructions and warnings carefully.
